Returns Policy

If you ever need to return something, just email us at hello@hitua.co.uk and we'll take care of it.

We keep things simple - no long forms, no complicated steps. Here's how it works:

Return Window

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in the same condition you received them

How to Start a Return

Just email us with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Return Shipping

At the moment, customers cover the cost of sending items back. We're a small brand - this helps us stay sustainable as we grow.

Exchanges

If you want to swap for a different size or colour, just let us know in your email. We'll check stock and sort it from there.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
